Chapter 352: To The Death

King Mordrak pinched his forehead between his brows. He inhaled and exhaled deeply several times before bursting off, "How the hell did a weak sickly human that is also a woman manage to escape?!!!"

Everyone trembled in fear and looked at the chamberlain urging him to answer the demon king.

"M-My King, it was because everyone was ordered to stay away from the Queen's room so she wouldn't be disturbed while sleeping. We searched the whole castle but she's not here," the chamberlain said.

'I shouldn't have been too lenient with her. I'm a fool to think that she will stay put obediently while I hold hostage the cure for that mongrel. Did she figure it out? Is that why she decided to escape?' King Mordrak thought.

"Where's the Queen's servant?" the demon king asked his chamberlain.
