Nova asked anxiously, "How's Miss Haynes?"

A few bodyguards stood at the door of the ward and stopped the three of them.

"You can't go in!"

"We need to get in to visit Miss Haynes!"

"Miss Haynes isn't awake yet. You can't go in there!"

"Fine. We'll have a look standing outside."

In the ward, Hazel slightly rolled her eyes and became conscious. She tried to get up but lay back after struggling to force herself up.

Seeing this, Chase hurriedly went forward to help Hazel get up, saying, "Hazel, what do you want? I'll do it for you."

Hazel glanced at Chase and asked weakly, "Where am I?"

"You're in a hospital," answered Chase.

Hazel cried, "Hospital? Why am I in a hospital?"

Chase held Hazel's hand tightly. A hint of tenderness appeared in Chase's eyes. He said, "Hazel, I'm sorry. Please don't do such a thing again. Do you hear me? You almost scared me to death!"
