Chapter 149: Ru’er Part One

The driver that had taken the two girls out looked into his rearview mirror and frowned. "Miss Ru, Miss Adela, there is someone following us." 

"Let them follow, just try to make it to Prince Jin's Palace." Adela answered. She was nervous but she figured as long as they only followed they could make it back without being caught up in anything. She gripped the hand that was holding onto her hand.

Ru'er could tell Adela was nervous and took out her phone. She looked at the numbers in her list and frowned. She only had Adela's and Feng Xi's. With no other choice, she hit Feng Xi's number.

Feng Xi, who was lying in bed reading a book, heard her phone ring and felt a little annoyed that someone was calling her so late. She picked it up and looked at the number causing her to feel something was off. She knew Ru'er would never call her this late so something must have happened. "Ru'er what's wrong?"
