The Prospects:
The only memento of the last race, an ancient series of structures akin to a labyrinth. Many instances of rooms take place within them, outstretching vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Each room is a test, but the deeper a delver goes, the more severe each level becomes. This, however, doesn’t deter the most brave of the delvers, as they seek to the reach the all-rune that lies at the bottom. Demias and Alyssa are two such adventurers, revered across the entire world. They are the epitome of delvers, the perfect example, and they are the closest any human being has ever gotten to the bottom floor. Not just the state, but the entire continent depends on their success in the runes capture. Whether for study, for fame, or for power, the Prospects have an incentive for any human to delve into its depths.
