The Void Monolith will be here until the 35 minutes where it would depart and appear at a random place in Yassimhre. Possibly random continents, and maybe elevation. 

So there was a chance that the Void Monolith would just appear burrowed inside the ground, in the atmosphere—it was an infinite possibility.

That means this might be the only chance where Yroa would stumble upon it again. If he didn't settle on a dungeon right now and attune this Tacet Object into that dungeon, then he might lose a great potential of interactive exploration chance and many other dungeon-designing content that could be unlocked by this Void Monolith.
