Chapter 39: Invitation
"One month? Can't the marriage be done earlier?"
Jay asked disappointedly as he wanted to marry Rias as soon as possible.
Jay was sitting on a red couch and Rias sat beside her closely. Zeoticus sat with Venelana on a different couch, similarly, Sirzechs was sitting on one while Grayfia stood behind him, not forgetting her duty as a head maid.
And like all the couples, Indra and Shachi sat on their separate couch. Shachi was closing holding Indra's hand while his face was bruised.
All of them were present in the Gremory Castle inside the Underworld.
Jay had come to the Underworld with all of his students except Vivi who had to go to her kingdom because of some emergency.
"Jay, please wait for a little and don't be impatient."
Rias said while pulling Jay's cheek.
"Okay, okay."
It was enough for Jay to be convinced not to ask for an early marriage more.
"Father, what happened to you? You look like someone beat you up."
Jay asked, his tone changed to serious.
"Oh, it's nothing son. I got to know that your father was flirting with Aphrodite so we had a little serious chat."
Shachi replied with a sad face that could only make others laugh nervously. The condition of Indra was not a result of a serious chat but a serious beating.
'My son's women allow him to have sex with as many women as he wants but Shachi won't allow me to have a one side-chick? That's so unfair. I should swallow my pride and take some tips from my son.'
Indra thought to himself making a mental note to ask Jay how he does it.
"So, what I'm going to do for this month. It's not like I have any important task that I have to do urgently."
Jay asked as leaned back on the couch and moved his hands behind his head for support.
