CHAPTER 129 

"It is just, it was a change. That was why I said for now because I look forward to what he would do next. I feel us getting closer," Scarlet explained and giggled softly.

"Oh, I see. Good then."

'Sigh! If it was not that I needed to escape, I wouldn't be telling him this.' Scarlet voiced internally. 

"Okay, the reason I called you. I have a favour to ask of you and I hope you grant it."

Immediately she regained her composure. It was rare for her father to ask something of her except for wanting to speak to her mother when she was quite mad.

She wasn't sure that was the case. The way he shut her mother up during dinner gave her a clear understanding of things.

"What is it, father? Ask, I am l ears."

Rather than going all in, King Blaze smiled at his daughter and led her to one of the small concrete fences surrounding the different plants as they sat.
