CHAPTER 63 – In Hiding

  The clash of swords rang out, rendering the evening sky but unlike how fierce and fatal Zale's strikes were, this time around he let them have a lesser effect. 

He dodge, parried, struck and kept them entertained until he found his opening and made a sprint for it.

"Chase him! We cannot let him escape!"

Ignoring their chants and screams, Zale dashed through the streets in the dead of the night, following whichever path he could get to until he arrived at the crossroad, he saw the young boy from the innkeeper get missing through and took another path, running away. 

By the time the men arrived, they chased after him, spreading out in twos as they hunted him down. 

In no time, Zale found himself back at the village with different people and continued down any oath. 

After running and evading the men, he hid in a stall and watched as they ran past him, chasing nothing in their quake.
