Chapter 22: Dagne's bootcamp Part 1

Raven woke up feeling like she was sleeping with a freight train on her face. The feeling distracted her momentarily from the confusion of yesterday. She was going to train with Dagne today and wondered if her fellow dragoness was suffering with the same handover she was. There was a sharp yet ponding feeling inside her skull that pulsed along the inner roof of her skull, scraping at her brain the way cat nails scrap along a chalkboard before finally settling behind her eyes.
