Three days later, Shouko was discharged. She breathed in relief at the thought of going home. Her mood lifted up to another level as she was humming to a song while Kyoya was packing her things.

"Why do you look so excited?" As he too was affected by her good mood, Kyoya chuckled. He zipped the suitcase and stood up.

"Because I'm going home!" Shouko laughed in glee.

Kyoya felt his heart melted. He rushed to her and sneaked a kiss on her lips.

"Cheeky," He smirked.

Shouko laughed again. She cupped his face and peppered little kisses on her man. Kyoya could only shake his head in helplessness when she started being adorable.

He was totally grateful because what he feared for didn't happen. Kyoya was afraid at the thought of her looking spiritless because of the attack executed by her parents. More so when the two were being detained by the police.
