Shouko felt her legs losing strength. Her body fell forward. She grabbed on the countertop with one hand while the other protected her belly. Her pupils trembled as different emotions surged from the depth of her heart.

Surprise, fear, anticipation and sadness. 

All of them overwhelmed her mind, making Shouko felt the loss of air.

There was their, Kyoya and her, child inside her belly. 

Her breath stagnated. Shouko gradually let go of her grip on the sink as she crouched on the cold floor. Doubt continued flashing in her eyes.

Shouko roughly calculated the time she might start to conceive this little one. The only times they didn't use protection were, once at the lakefront villa and the second time was, the night she confessed to Kyoya that she had remembered everything.

The second one should be the time they conceived.
