Chapter 114: I Want To See How Much I'd Miss You

It was the first night she slept without him by her side. Shouko found it weird to lie on the vast bed all by herself. 

After all, she had been accustomed to having a natural heat pack hugging her every night.

Since she had finished everything she had to do, Shouko went to bed early. Kyoya wasn't here so she didn't have anyone to talk to after dinner because the maids were still busy with their tasks. Usually, she and Kyoya would spend more time together if he wasn't busy with his work.

Today, she discovered something new.

Wherever she went, inside or outside the mansion, her thoughts would always echo his name before her mind conjured up his appearance.

While writing in the library, she thought she saw he was lounging casually on the couch while reading from his tablet.

While eating in the dining room, she thought she heard his gentle voice talking to her.
