Chapter 236: Do I Look Beautiful?

At exactly seven o'clock, Kyoya arrived back at the villa. Somehow, he felt nervous as he brought a huge bouquet of red roses while walking to the main door. He coughed once, trying to calm his excited heart before he lightly pressed on the doorbell.

Yes. Instead of using his own keys, he buzzed the bell as if he was a guest coming for a visit.

In a few seconds, the sound of heels clicking on the floor inside echoed before the door was swung open. Kyoya froze once he saw the appearance of his little wife.

"Honey, you're back!" Shouko giggled albeit looking a bit abashed. Her eyes lit up as she looked at the roses in his husband's arms, "Well, well, is this for me?"

"... Yes," Kyoya nodded stiffly.

"Thank you," Shouko tiptoed and gave the man a kiss on the cheek. Her laugh continued to echo as she saw how dumbfounded her husband looked right now, "What are you doing? Looking like a statue. Come in."
