Said pendant boosts the power of the user immensely after a ritual of binding it to his soul, initiating it to work with his thought alone at most. It's one if not the last one of the relics remaining from when the Gods relocated to this dimension, making it very powerful as it's from their home and was personally made by 'someone' from their old world.

While it can boost the ability power or anything requiring energy consumption, it cannot boost any physical attributes such as speed, durability or strength...
