Seeing that it was dead, Victor turned his attention too further into the forest.
Before moving on, every slime he came across was taken out by a simple Air Bullet as he tried to get used to the spell.
Meanwhile the principal and others weren't well very impressed, it's not that Victor was doing terribly or anything, it's just after watching Michael's performance everyone else just compzare.
But it made sense in a way as warrior classes skills are much more useful in the beginning, combined with the fact almost every child is taught at least some level of martial arts.
And train their bodies, so the starting point between warrior and magic classes is just on a different level.
So Warrior classes are most of the time far stronger in the beginning and that's even when taking into account that magic defensive abilities aren't something they would have at this level.
So too these teachers Victor performance wasn't all that impressive for them, but that wasn't the case for everyone.
As Gael who had more experience could see that Victor's performance was impressive.
"The timing, positioning and the strength of his spell aren't something he should have... But that shouldn't be possible as you can't use or learn magic before getting your class." He muttered to himself.
"Well of course you can't actively use you magic before getting your class, but that doesn't mean you can't sense it." Violet smiled and explained while pointing up.
"Huh? But that shouldn't change anything either right?" Not understanding he asked her for clarification.
"Well your only half right, for you see if you have a high enough sensitivity too mana combined with a high natural talent in both comprehension and magic." She paused to take a sip of water before continuing, as Gael sat on the end of his seat.
"Then you can pick up on how other people use their mana, yes you can't learn too control your mana or how to a cast a spell but you can pick up somethings.
Even if it isn't a huge advantage it still helps as when others are still trying to figure out how to control their mana through their skills, you already know some tips that can only normally be learnt yourself through use.
Which does create a better starting point." Violet patiently explained to Gael, in fact this wasn't some secret or anything, as even if you can feel others mana you still have no grasp on your own.
The differences is that you unknowingly learn these tips, much like how a baby learns to walk or talk.
But Victor he's something special, as some in the family believe he could feel mana from the day he was born, in fact it was a little scary how sensitive he was too mana.
As normally if you want to deeply feel others mana you need their corporation and contact before sending your own mana.
But Victor was so sensitive that he could tell if someone was injured or cursed just by looking at the arua of that person's mana that they passively emitted.
Violet still remember the day she asked what he saw.
"So what does it look like?" Violet asked a young white haired boy who was playing with a toy.
"Looks like?" He asked back with a cheerful smile covering his face.
"You know magic?" Violet ruffled his head playfully.
"Oh that... Well colours, pretty colours, like yours I see both purple and blue of all shades." He answered with starry eyes.
Seeing mana isn't something easy too do, and is incredibly rare for even a tier 5 class not to mention a 4 year old.
But that day changed everything, after that day Victor no longer could feel emotions without great effort, no longer he smiled, cried or even felt anger.
But even more than that he lost the ability to see such a beautiful world of colour that he had once loved so much.
Yes he was still sensitive to mana but he could no longer see it.
Violet doesn't know why but even still she'll do her best to see that pure cheerful smile full of happiness on his face once again.
Even to this day Victor doesn't even realise that he can't feel emotions anymore, instead he thinks that he's withdrawn and matured.
Victor made his way through the dungeon and into the boss room without much effort only having to stop twice to recover his mana
In a clearing in the forest sat a large green Slime double the size of the other slimes in the dungeon.
[ *Boss* Wooden Slime (Elite) - Lvl 15 ]
It was different from all of the previous slimes aside from size, as it weirdly had Vines sticking out and floating inside of its body.
"So it's meant to have three abilities, Vine Whip, Thorny Ground and finally Thorn Prison." Victor thought back to his research on this dungeon.
"I only have few days so let's hurry this up." Deciding no to use Air Bullet, Victor instead opted to use Undeath Flame.
Entering a range of 5 meters Victor raised his staff, as a Spell Circle appeared in his mind, mana flowed through it as a ball of green and black flames that had a cold air appeared on-top of his staff.
= Undeath Flame =
The flame flew out at the boss, upon contact the flame covered the boss as it shook in pain.
Knowing it wouldn't be enough Victor casted another spell.
= Darkness Bullet =
A ball of black mana flew at the defenseless boss.
"boom" A low noise spread from the impact as the area area the impact area started to dissolve.
| Darkness Bullet (Level 2): Condense a ball of Dark Mana into a ball, upon hitting a target it deals Dark magic damage, corrodes and disintegrates defence |
Seeing that the bosses body shunk dramatically from both attacks, Victor sent the final attack to its vulnerable core.
= Bone Fang =
| Bone Fang (Level 1): Creates Sharp Bone shard that shoots forwars, dealing penetrating physical damage |
The bone shard went through the thin layer of slime and straight into it's core, cracking it.
The Undeath Flame penetrated into the core through the crack into the core, and it proved to be too much for the Slime as it wiggled in pain one last time before falling apart as it died.
[ Congratulations for Defeating the Dungeon Slime Forest ]
[ *Boss* Wooden Slime (Lvl 15) Killed + 500 XP ]
It wasn't that the boss was weak or anything it's just that Victor countered it too well, as he had an attack that could ignore it's defence.
That combined with Darkness Bullet which directly dissolved it's body, well it didn't really stand a chance as it was just too late to react before it was over.

Seeing this new sword Victor turned too his Familiar that was still slashing his dagger.
"Come here." Victor's words caused the skeleton to stop slashing, standing still it's head turned in his direction before it's jaw fell open.
"Yes you, come here." Victor almost face palmed.
When the skeleton came over Victor stuck out his hand.
"Give me back the dagger." The skeleton looked down at the dagger in its boney hand before returning it with reluctance?
Victor for some reason felt that the skeleton was reluctant?
"Here a sword, after I'm done with this exam I'll see if I can gett you a better sword." Victor handed over the new sword after sheathing away the dagger on his belt.
The skeleton held the sword for a few seconds before stupidly slashing it forwards, nearly falling over.
Victor just shook his head before leaving the dungeon through the portal, on the other side Victor waited for his familiar before it was kicked out.
Hitting the ground the skeleton fell apart, as it's bones spread across the ground.
Victor face palmed at this sight, while everyone watching shook their heads.
"Just being kicked out of a dungeon his summon was destroyed." Racy said with slight disgust.
"Isn't it a little weak?" The principal asked his assistant.
"Come on follow me, I don't want to waste time." Victor stated as he started walking away.
"Is he just leaving?" Gael asked not understanding Victor's thought process.
But they soon understood as the bones rolled over too each other, before joining together and rebuilding it's body, standing up it turned in Victor's direction after picking up it head.
Placing it's skull back on its neck, the familiar grabbed it's brand new sword before hurrying after Victor.
"Did it just rebuild itself?" The principal asked his assistant.
"Umm yes sir" the assistant answered also unsure.
Violet wasn't surprised as she had seen its abilities already but even then it did interest her as it truly was like a skeleton monster.
(Time skip!)
"Boss umm, we are running out of water." Chang Heng was resting when his groups designated supplie manager came up to him.
"What do you mean? We just got new supplies yesterday, how have we ran out?" Chang Heng asked in disbelief.
"Ah well umm, everyone is using more energy so we're eating more." Chang Heng didn't like this answer.
"It doesn't matter after all this is the last day, let's move on." Chang Heng dismissed his concerns.
Chang Heng checked his score, 887 points which was extremely high especially when the score earned from each kill and dungeon clear it split evenly between everyone in your party.
In total they had killed a insane amount of monsters both in and out of dungeons, which not only allowed they to accumulate points but also experience.
Allowing Chang Heng to level up 3 levels from level 6 to 9.
