Chapter 39: THE FIRST KISS

Soft snores filled the already quiet room . The voice is like a lullaby , urging everyone to have the dreaded sleep , not that anyone is awake at this hour . 

Even while asleep , the thoughts in their head runs at the speed of 200km/her from nothing to everything . 

I should stay away from him . 

~The twinning locket . 

I should . 

~ The bright glow .

Yes , I will . 

~ The sudden blast .

He took my first kiss without consent and I am gonna stay away . 

~ Water on four sides . 

Her thoughts yet jumbled in a tangled mess , Emily snuggles herself closer to the warm duvet . Her subconscious state of mind has been awake for a while , thinking or processing senseless topics , disturbing the sleeping beauty . 

After trying for another few minutes , the sleep won't come . It has left the body of Emily and there's no point in trying to get it back . Still stubbornly , she urges her body to sleep back .
