Chapter 1: The Phenomena
Uthoidell is a small kingdom in the north. It is famous for its warriors and advanced weapons. Because the King of Uthoidell invested all the money in its army and weapons so the economy of Uthoidell is poor and only rich people can get a proper meal here. They say that Uthoidell is also famous for buying and selling slaves. One night a bright ray of light flashed in the sky. Jinan a young boy who was wandering around the alley of Uthoidell saw it and ran home immediately. As he reached home he yelled out '' Father! Where are you?'' but there was no response from his father. He broke down and cried for his father but still, his father didn't respond. He passed out there. The next day when he woke up he heard people saying
''Did you know that after the phenomenon that occurred yesterday our Prince got something special''
''Yes, I heard it so the rumors about it were true.''
''Not only our prince but some people from other nation also said that some of their people gained some supernatural ability''
While he was listening to the peoples a group of people came to his house and asked him to call out his father. It seems like he borrowed money from them and didn't pay it back. Jinan said that his father has disappeared after the phenomenon that happened yesterday. Since his father was no longer there they asked him to leave the house as they'll not let him live there until their money was paid. With nowhere to go Jinan was left alone in this world with no whereabouts of his father. As he was now living on the streets one day some people came and kidnapped him. Jinan tried to run away but since he was a kid he had no strength to fight an adult. Soon he was sold as a slave to a rich merchant from the neighboring nation. Jinan was tortured there he was forced to work 24 hours, they forced him to carry heavy weights and carry them to the mountain. As time passed by Jinan grew stronger by doing the heavy works he was forced to do. He also developed a hatred for humans and Gods. Soon he made a plan to escape from there and one night he fled from the merchant's house and ran away. He passed through the mountains and entered Uthoidell his hometown.
