The warm sunlight tickled Arianell's eyelids and she slowly opened her eyes. Regardless of the nightmarish suffering she has been through, she woke up refreshed. Her body felt light and clean, like a noble lady, who was well taken care of. All pain was gone.

Despite the good rest, she was startled by the unfamiliar environment. The room looked old but ordinary, and with a single glance, she could recognize the street of Deneb, the last place she wished to be right now.

Her first thought was to run away, as she had no idea who brought her in, but as she moved the body, she realized the burn on her leg was gone. She remembered the smell of burned skin and the pain that immobilised her, but now her pale smooth skin showed no sign of damage.

"Who…?"

Knock, knock.

"Lady, are you awake?" A polite man's voice asked from outside.
