The fall season allowed for the day to be fantastic.
It was a little cold, but the sun shone in the sky, sending as much heat as possible.
People went out of their homes enjoying a walk in the sunshine doing their shopping. The women were held tightly by their husbands' arms carrying their smiling faces.
Adela looked at them through the carriage window and smiled. She dreamed of the day when she would walk, holding her husband by the arm, and they would go for a walk in the town.
"Where are we going aunt?" Emily asked.
Virginia smiled. "You will see," she replied, causing the two girls' curiosity's shudders.
As he was already aware of the destination, Peter stopped outside a store. He got out of the carriage and opened the door for the three travelers to get off.
The two girls looked around, enchanted.
"Thank you, Peter. You can go have a wine or beer. We will need some time here." Virginia suggested.
