Munoz grew up as one of the Imperial nobles. They were Lycans who were so strong that the other Lycans started calling them nobles.

For years, his family had served Matthew's and had been trained to protect them. At first, Munoz hated the half-bloods. He didn't want to work for him. But when he knew that Matthew was going to become the next king, he left his home and followed him.

Just like most Lycans, Munoz started hating witches when he was a kid. It wasn't something that he intended to do. Instead, it was something that his parents did, that everyone else did.

To him, witches were slaves. They were born to follow a Lycan and support them. They were born to protect Lycans, serve them, and give them everything that they want.

This was nothing personal.

Munoz glared at Ava after the loud explosion. In fact, the explosion didn't hurt him or anyone else. Aside from the fact that it made him move a few steps back, nothing happened.
