Chapter 6: Neem tree and scar
Vincent's POV
The whole night we chatted and saw Marvel movies. I love it when I have endless talks with her. I can't even speak more than two words with other girls. Adria is a very talkative girl. She doesn't stop talking at all but when she stays quiet it kinda terrifies me.
Knowing your girl chatting the whole day but when she is quiet you know there is something huge going on in her head.
Whenever she is quiet we both end up having serious fights. We broke up like three times in our 4 years relationship. I fell in love with her when I was in my seventh grade and proposed her in my eighth grade.
Now that I'm in my senior year, we gonna celebrate our fifth anniversary in September.
Our break up's are very dangerous. We end up not talking with each other for months.
I know not to mess with Adria's wrath. She is a stubborn girl. I became a wreck when she didn't talk to me. The first time we broke up is when she went out with that Paul kid.
We both were newbies in a relationship and we always fought. It was kinda tough to understand each other. Then a month later we both started talking and understood each other.
Then the second time we broke up when she didn't attend my birthday party. I know it is kinda silly but knowing everyone came to your party but your girl didn't it hurts.
Later we apologised and became more strong. The third time we broke up when her cousin got doubt on us. As I said her family doesn't like me. When her cousin got doubt and warned her.
She was scared about what her father and brother will say. So, she stayed away from me. That was a hell phase for me not seeing her.
But as always she came back to me as I went back to her. We became more strong and unbreakable. Our bond is magical and loyal. we both know that no matter what at last we will be back in each other's arms.
I looked down at her sleeping form. She slept while watching the TV. Her fingers crumbled my shirt in a tight grip as if I'm going somewhere. Her small mouth is apart with slight drool.
I pulled a blanket over us as the temperature is cool today. I locked my doors knowing we both gonna sleep till afternoon.

We both woke up around one in the afternoon. We just sat there on the love seat looking at the tree which is between mine and Adria's room which connects both the windows.
"Remember when we both fought where we should plant this tree?" Adria asked me.
I chuckled cherishing the beautiful memory. When we both were kids my mom was planting the plants. She brought this neem tree and I want it to be planted near to our home's fence and Adria wanted that plant to be planted near her fence. We both fought so much.
She even threw a rock at me leaving a scar on my forehead. My mom decided that she will plant the plant in between both the houses. And now the best part is; the same tree is helping us to be together at times.
"Yeah." I said.
"You go and have a bath, then come home, we will have lunch together." I said.
"Okay." she said before kissing me.
When she left the room I pulled ninja to the bathroom to bath him and myself too. I pulled on my black sweat pants and a white tank top. I went down with ninja following behind.
I dried his hair with a hairdryer. I heard the voice of Adria coming from downstairs. I walked towards the kitchen to see her helping mom. She is in her sweatpants and a white tee. I took a water bottle out of the fridge before I walked out.
"Vincent honey, wait for few minutes till the lunch is prepared." mom said while walking towards where I sat.
I nodded my head before pulling out my phone and started listening to some music.
"Mom! I am bored." ava said.
"Go out with Valerie." mom said.
"Valerie can we both go for shopping?" ava asked Valerie.
"Sure, let me have my lunch." Valerie said.
"Honey! " my mom called me. I went over the dining table. I sat down on my chair and ate my food.
"Vincent! Can you drop us?" ava asked me with her puppy dog eyes. Adria already knows that I am going to come with them.
"Sure, I don't have anything to do."
I went to my room to change into a white shirt and black pants. I wore my shoes before taking my wallet, phone and car keys.
I took the sour patch packet from the nightstand before going down. Adria tends to eat something in the car.
I walked out to see Adria and ava waiting near my car. Adria changed into jean shorts. I put my sunglasses on before I unlocked the car door.
They got in, in the back seat. When they buckled their seat belts I started driving. They talked about some random stuff about fashion and snipers. Snipers are the kids of billionaires, that group consists of thirteen. Everyone knew about them as their parents are very famous and powerful.
"I feel sorry for Ryder though. He truly loved that woman, he was going to marry her but that bitch betrayed him and she dared to say that she was with him for money." Ava said.
"True, I read the articles about it. They all looked sorrowful and Ryder looked devastated." Adria said, I glanced at her face in the mirror. We reached the mall, the girls were already out, I groaned.
"Are you going to be with us?" ava asked. I gave a blank look, she understood that I am going to tag with them no matter what.
They walked into forever 21, I just sat there on the single sofa. I played candy crush on my phone waiting for the girls to come.
"Vincent!" I heard ava's voice. I stood up and walked towards them. I saw a few bags which means they are not yet done with their shopping.
"Now where?" I asked them.
"Westside!" they squealed.
"Sh! Don't screech. " I said.
I looked at Adria who is giving me a teasing smile. I raised my brow at her. We walked towards the west side. I stood there while ava searched for a dress. When she got her dresses she went to trial them. Adria quickly kissed my lips before going for dresses section I smiled at her cuteness.
