Maggie's POV
"WHY IS THERE A GIRL IN MY BED?!" I heard Conor scream.
Let the annoyance begin!
"Ugh." I groaned.
"Hey, there's a girl in my bed too!" Josh shouted. At that minute, Jack came in and shouted across the hall.
"Same here, but then again, when isn't there a girl in my bed?" He smirked and I kicked him in the shin. I eventually got up (while whining, if I may add) and so did all the girls.
*In the Sitting room*
"Why were you sleeping in our beds?" Conor asked.
"Because, I'm not sleeping on the floor!" Arden said "And we thought it would be funny." I added.
"And it certainly was." Carly adds.
"Except the part where I was awakened by the lovely sound of Conor shouting." Bailey says.
"He only did that because he hasn't had a girl in his bed in aaaaages." Josh joked. Everyone laughed and Conor rolled his eyes.
"At least it was me." Bailey said in an innocent tone.
"True." Conor agreed. For what felt like ages, Conor Bailey looked into each other's eyes, until I cupped my hands around my mouth and yelled.
"GET A ROOM!"
They both snapped out of it, looking flustered.
"Psh, well what about you and Jack? You two are always flirting." Conor snapped.
"We have a right to." Jack showed off his ring finger.
"Yeah, as a wise woman once said. If you like it, then you should put a ring on it." I winked. The girls and Josh laughed, while Bailey blushed.
"Well, I think I'm going to head out." I heard Zoe pipe up.
"Yeah, same. I'm going off to find Will." Arden said.
"Me too, I'm gonna head home." Said Bailey.
"Carly? Are you leaving me too?" I asked, sticking out my lower lip.
"Nah, I'll stay." She smiled.
"Well I'm going back to bed." I heard Conor say.
"Same here." Josh said.
They all headed off.
"And then there were three." Carly chuckled.
"I'm hungry." I said, going towards the fridge.
"When aren't you hungry though?" Jack asked. I narrowed my eyes.
"I'd normally say something stupid, but you make a good point." I breathed. Ten minutes passed by, consisting with me going on a wild chase to find something to eat.
"UGH! There's nothing to eat here!" I threw my arms up in the air.
"Margaret Ferrier, the fridge is basically full and you're saying there's nothing to eat in there?" Jack cocked his head to the side.
"Shut up, don't call me that, and I'm going to the store." I say.
"In that?" Carly asked. I looked down at what I was wearing. A hello kitty jumper and fuzzy socks.
Damnit, she's right
I went to go and change into something that didn't scream "I'm a lonely girl who lives with ten cats".
Carly's POV
"Great, now she's going to take ages to change and put on makeup." Jack whined. I laughed. Once I heard Maggie's bedroom door close. I went for it, I had to.
"You know Jack, I've always kind of had a thing for you." I told him.
"Well, don't they all?" He said.
"I mean how can I not? You're so funny and sweet and extremely sexy." I said in my most seductive tone.
"Haha, thanks." Jack said.
"What do you see in her Jack?" I asked.
"In who?" He asked.
"In Maggie. I mean, what's to like about her?"
Jack's POV
What the fuck?
"What? There's tons of things to like about Maggie. What's gotten into you Carly?"
"Nothing baby, I just wanna know why you chose a girl like her, over me." Carly said.
What the hell is going on right now?
Before I could speak, I felt Carly's lips crash onto mine. I tried to push her off but it was too late.
Maggie had walked into the room.
Maggie's POV
"Alri-" I stiffened at the sight I was greeted with. My fiancé and one of my best friends were on the couch, locking lips.
This can't be happening
Right when they heard me, Jack flung Carly off him.
"Maggie! It's not what it looks like I promise." He said walking up towards me.
"That's always the case isn't it Jack." I snapped, tears burning the sides of my eyes.
"This time I mean it, I swear. Let me explain, please." Jack had pure worry in his eyes. I shifted my vision from Jack's face to Carly's.
"You, get out." I pointed.
"What? Why? What did I do?" Carly asked.
"Don't act dumb. You're just as much at fault as he is." I swung another finger towards Jack. I put a hand over my mouth in fear of breaking down in front of both of them.
"If you're going to pull a stunt like this, then you can take this back." I slid the ring off my finger and threw it at Jack.
"No no no, Mags. Don't do this, please." Jack was on his knees.
"It's not my choice to make Jack." I said shakily. I took a last look at his face which was now dripping tears. With that, I walked out and got in my car.
As soon as I sat in the drivers seat I let it all out.
"Why does this happen to me?" I said as a tear dripped down my cheek and landed on the steering wheel.
I wanna go home. But where is "home"?
Baby Devil😈: I'm coming home
Bails☺️: What? Why? What happened?
Baby Devil😈: Hell on earth
Bails☺️: Okay, I'll wait for you❤️
I turned my phone off and threw it in the back seat. For the first time in years, I said to myself.
"I want my mom." Why was I saying that? I guess just having the thought of having a mom to hold you and tell you everything is going to be okay slipped into my mind.
Bailey's POV
I decided that it'd be good to bring out all the ice cream and tissues I had in the house.
"That always solves boy issues doesn't it?" I said to myself.
*Knock Knock*
I rushed to the door and swung it open to see a teary eyed Maggie with dripping mascara and messy hair.
"Oh honey, come here." I opened my arms out wide and she fell into my embrace.
"How about we pig out and eat some ice cream?" I asked. She nodded in agreement and I led her to my room.
There was a depressing silence in the room as we sat on my bed. Maggie was looking down at her hands, when I noticed ed that she'd taken her ring off.
Oh shit
"Boy troubles?" I reached out for her hands.
"You could say that." She sniffed, wiping her eyes.
"What happened sis?" I looked at her in full sincerity. She looked up and took a long and shaky breathe.
"I caught Carly and Jack kissing." She finally said.
