Chapter 362: Running and Not Running

Apollo kept a tight grip on his bokken, like he always did regardless of the occasion. However, the very hand he was using to hold the bokken was being wounded faster than it could regenerate.

Apollo didn't know why exactly, but this gave him an extremely strong sense of insecurity, so much so that it was on par with his bloodlust towards Leon. Though logically he could just hold onto the bokken with his other hand if things really got that bad, there was a strange feeling that made him reluctant to do so.

For some reason, his logical mind could not overpower his emotional one at this moment, forcing him to continue to hold onto the bokken.

The meteors raining down from the sky showed no sign of ending any time soon. Apollo could not even see how close the village was since they blocked his vision. Nonetheless, he continued forth, swinging his bokken with both hands around the hilt.
