Chapter 91: CHAPTER NINETY ONE

She looked at Karen and smiled at her

"Are you ready to go?" She asked Karen 

"We don't have a choice now. We are already here so we have to do this now" Karen said

"Alright, let's go get Davis back" Beth said

She grabbed Karen by the hand and sped off with her. They arrived at Davis' chambers. Karen was about to open the door when Beth stopped her 

"Hey, hold on a bit and listen" Beth said

"What?" Karen asked

"It is too quiet. Something is wrong" Beth said 

"What do you mean by it's too quiet? It's night already. Of course it should be quiet!" She said to beth

She tapped on her earpods.

"Carl, Yale. What's going on outside?" She asked

"It is pretty quiet here" Carl said

"Hardin?" She asked

No reply came

"Hardin? Are you good?" She asked again 

He still didn't give a reply. She looked at Karen 

"Carl, can you handle the front gates while Yale checks on Hardin?" She asked
