Chapter 439: A day of surprises (1)

After a chaotic night with the knights passing through the house to collect their dinner, a new day came over the border.

Annalise, Heidi, Siena, and Giselle woke up early to get dressed for a day of walking around while Rafael got up early to find where he would take Annalise tonight. 

Unfortunately, Phillip had wanted to speak to Rafael about nothing after dinner and kept him busy so Rafael was unable to meet with Annalise later in the night. It gave him a little more time to plan how he was going to propose to her.

"Where are you going to do it?" Rafael heard Phillip's voice from behind him.

At first, Rafael liked that Phillip was a little bit more welcoming of him this time around, but now it was starting to feel like he was being stalked. If Annalise wasn't around, Phillip wouldn't leave him alone. 

"I do not know yet," Rafael replied, turning around to face Phillip.
