Chapter 160: Stupid Double standards

Calliope and Amadeo were laughing with each other when they heard the phone ring. She waved at her son and asked him to pause the movie while she took the call 

When she saw that it was Valencia calling, she immediately accepted the call. "He–"

Before Calliope could utter a word, she heard Valencia crying, "Cali, please help me. I have to go to the hospital. Nash was in an accident. I have no one to take care of my children."

Calliope's good mood faded away quickly. "Calm down, I will be there. I can take care of Aiden and Junior. Who is driving you to the hospital?"

"I am alone at home. I have to drive to the hospital, "Valencia answered. 

"This is not safe at all, "Calliope said. "You are not in a good state of mind. Let me drive you to the hospital. I will ask my house's help and guards to go to your house. The children must be asleep. It's late at night. If you wake them late at night, they will be worried too. What will you tell Junior?"
