Herot city was partially handled by both Lord Devil and Lord Hawke to help me out while Lord Snake aka Zach would usually drop by with some good information that would help my guild.

The Underworld cities and their Lords were now starting to merge under the banner of the Dragon's crest completely uprooting the Queen's hold over it. Her spies and informants were hunted like dogs all over the place and she could do nothing but sit in her place and see it happen.
