Chapter 315: The Illusion

As the number of Players enrolled in the Punitive Army approached 1000, the City of Rajni began to thrum with excitement. The day the Player Army had 1000 Players was the day the Punitive Expedition would set off! 

Non-Qualified Players spent every moment in the City Guard's Training grounds, hoping to obtain one of the few remaining spots in the Punitive Army. Some even went as far as to higher Qualified Players to coach them on how to conquer the Obstacle Course, letting the Harbingers and other Qualified Players earn some pocket change. 

The economic activity in the City was also stimulated by the Punitive Expedition as the Players and Organizations behind them began to gear up. 

All Tier 2 or Tier 3 Magic Scrolls appearing in the Auction House were sold for at least twice their usual price, and the Bronze-Copper and Blood-Iron grade pieces of equipment were high in demand.
