"Samar, you have learned the Rune Arrow Forging Technique and may have even heard of its fearfulness from Sangma, correct?" Sage Nyasa asked Samar, leading him towards his study. 

"Do you feel their damage is underwhelming, displaying far less power than what they should possess according to rumors?"

Samar had not really given it a thought before.
