Chapter 229: A Deal between Enemies

Malcom standing in front of Andrea smiled, looked at the merman and prepared to fight when he said.

"Listen! If you want to survive, you have to fight, talking to them is useless. They won't listen to you if they don't want to."

Malcom took the dagger and transformed it into the sword he was preparing to kill the merman with a single movement when the girl taking the sleeve of his shirt said.

"They won't listen to me, but they will to you... you can force them to listen!"

The merman looked in his direction and Malcom shaking his head said.

"You're crazy... he just wants to kill us!"

Andrea looked at Malcom and said.

"You want to kill him, don't do it... please!"

Taking a deep breath, Malcom looked at her and smiling, he took the dagger with both hands and said.

"Apparently you can ask nicely... I'll do what I can."
