A noise resonated in the entire room. Livana stirred in her sleep and yawned. She kept her eyes closed until the noise started again and she recognized it as knocks on the door. She eventually opened her eyes. She looked around herself in the semi-darkness of her room in confusion. If the room wasn't completely dark it meant the sun was already high in the sky and some light was filtering through the curtains. She sat up in her bed and something fell off her chest. She looked on her lap to see the book Tobias had brought her last night. She had started reading it and had probably fallen asleep. Another knock on the door resonated through the room and she groaned.
"Come in," she said loudly.
She didn't need to say it twice, the door opened right away to reveal Rebecca. She didn't say anything and just walked toward the window and drew the curtains open without a warning. Livana brought her hands in front of her, covering her eyes, and groaned again.
