Just wait until you see a door drop into the room, then enter. If you can't get in there then you will be slowly digested, like everything in there.
If you manage to enter the door, you will find yourself in a room with pure white walls. It's one of the few things this Guardian doesn't get angry with. After all, you're not one of them, so be prepared to run as fast as you can if you have to. Approach a girl in the middle of the room and ask her: "What do you consider clean?" He will look at you and open his mouth, trying to speak. But he couldn't, and instead vomited on the floor. Close your eyes while you still hear the girl emptying her stomach.
If you no longer hear anything, open your eyes again and walk over to where the girl was. Take the pills near your feet.
These pills are object 7th out of 2000. Eating one will make you vanish like that girl.
