Destiny's POV
We named our shop "Destiny's Souvenir Shop." Lela insisted and convinced me I was the artist behind those crafts, so I gave in. We hired salesgirls since I couldn't be on the front line dealing with the customers.
I didn't know how Lela marketed our products, but I gave her credit for doing an excellent job. In the span of eight months, we became famous all over town. Many tourists drop by every day to buy souvenirs made from seashells.
When we first came to this place, I didn't mind where we were. All I cared about was our safety. I didn't get the chance to look around because of my physical appearance, and I didn't ask Lela if we were near the beach since I could feel the saltiness in my mouth and hear the pounding of the waves.
