*may contain minor spoilers* Writing quality here is great, especially for this site. Updates are coming every day, and it seems to me, that author already has the full story in his mind, so there won't be any "writer blocks". MC is likable, but a bit reckless, which is fine. I think that nobody wants to see a calculative robot. The world he is transported to has eastern/xianxia influence (and the whole story as well). However, I've yet to see the dumb "You've beaten me, but now my older brother/father/uncle/grandfather/etc. will destroy you!" cliche. Characters in this story feel alive, and not like some cardboard cutouts. At the beginning chapters you'll be faced with infodumps, but the storyline still goes on, so it isn't tedious. And it is understandable, author needs to show at least how this Universe works, what are its mechanics and so on. I myself like to rant over the stories, poke holes and so on (this is a redrafted version, after some readers, including yours truly, complained about MC and his problems in the first chapters being irrelevant and so on), but this novel is very much to my liking. Of course, by giving it 5 stars I'm being biased, as nothing is perfect, but this story desperately needs more readers, fresh blood, so to say.

Author's shameful five stars rating. This novel is already planned out, I would say give the first two chapters a try and see if they are suited to your taste.
