"So, he doesn't need to become the best player in Europe to earn a higher annual wage from our contract next year. There'll be bonuses and wage increments even if Zachary becomes a top scorer or even the best player in the Tippeligaen. As long as he keeps improving and keeps his reputation clean, he'll be able to earn more from our deal over time. That's the kind of endorsement contract we're willing to draft."
