HER FACIAL EXPRESSION IMMEDIATELY HARDENS WHEN SHE SETS EYES ON HIM. She then decides to ignore him and begin walking fast towards her class, without sparring him a glance. When she walks past him, he realizes there's something wrong and quickly pulls her away from the door and into his chest.

"Let me go!" She yells at Connor, immediately bouncing off him like he disgusts her. "What the hell are you doing here?"

Connor stands frozen for a second, shocked by the tone in her voice—just yesterday, she was fine with him, they even had a little moment together. "What?" He frowns at her.

Aubrey stares into his calm, confused grey eyes for a second with pain in her before sighing and walking away, "I can't do this right now." Unfortunately, Connor pulls her back again but she quickly snatches her hand away from his grasp with force, "I said don't touch me!"
