Chapter 46: The way of space

Looking around, Meng Xiao finds herself in a black world where qi forms colourful lines interconnected to form a huge web-like structure.
"You are here," Zeus said.
Looking at the blurry figure with a human shape, Meng Xiao was captivated by his beauty.
Meng Xiao found a man sitting cross-legged with his eyes closed.
Even though she couldn't see the face, his long silver hair, his well-built physique and his unique aura, Meng Xiao could not help but stare.
"Zeus?" Meng Xiao asked as if to be sure. She could not believe that the voice in her head and the soul in her was this handsome man before her.
"This is your sea of qi, the lines are the qi you have absorbed," Zeus said with a bone-chilling voice as he opened his eyes.
Looking at his blazing gold eyes with look like the sunrise, Meng Xiao has the impulse to touch it.
"This is where you stay?" Many Xiao asked as she touched on strands of qi.
It glowed with bright light and Meng Xiao had to close her eyes.
"Yes, this is where I stay," Zeus said as he stood up floating in the air.
The more qi you absorb, the more this place will expand" Zeus said.
Meng Xiao looked around and found a glowing white circular ball, it gave out a strand of life qi.
Looking at the ball like a shining core Meng Xiao could not help but ask.
"Zeus, what is that?" Many Xiao asks.
"That is your spirit beast, it's in a hibernation phase. It feeds on your holy qi transforming it into life qi. When iisve absorbed enough, it will be able to leave your sea of qi and come into the real world" Zeus explained to Meng Xiao.
"It's time I go back to the real world, I need to test my mental energy now," Meng Xiao said as a white light engulfed her and her consciousness in the sea of qi faded.
Back in the real world, Meng Xiao opened her eyes.
"I want to start with the book of space," Meng Xiao said excitedly as she closed her eyes again and the book appeared before her.
Meng Xiao flipped through the first page and started cultivating.
"Spatial vortex" Meng Xiao murmured as she began cultivating.
The sacred mark on her head changes into a space mark and it begins glowing with a bright white light.
This time, Meng Xiao did not have a headache because she is now a spiritual power cultivator and her mental energy has been significantly improved.
Meng Xiao immersed herself in cultivating for 8 hours and only managed to comprehend 5 per cent.
"The seven great universal law isn't something you can easily master. You need time and enough practice to be able to perform even the easiest technique" Zeus said.
"I still have a whole day, I am going to spend it cultivating the way of space," Meng Xiao said as she continued training.
