Telling Aurora that he wanted to talk about her was meant to help coerce her into sticking around, however, that didn't do much to dispel her worries.

She agreed to listen to him but was quite hesitant about sitting down beside him, while Axel was already sitting on the couch, she just stood there with her gaze on the unoccupied part of the couch.

Axel kept his gaze on her for a while, hoping that she would change her mind, and when that didn't happen, he let out a sigh.

"Hey, are you sure you want to stand? I have quite a lot to talk about, your legs will get tired." He remarked.

"Well, in that case."

She turned to him at that moment but because he was staring at her, she ended up making eye contact. Well, that didn't last as she turned away immediately.

"I'll go sit over there." She declared with her gaze on the couch by the left.
