The pain receptor of the area would be at 80% realism rather than the usual 10%. This means that the usual feeling of a light touch when a sword hits a player, it would turn into an almost real painful feeling.

Although 80% would not cause a player to pass out due to pain, it is enough for one to feel a bit weak and unfocused.
