The Four Horses

A bomb in the heart of Nova city brings Arthur, Dexter, Ramona, and Rayden together to seek revenge for the unfortunate events that swayed their lives. With their different backgrounds, the four of them work together to find the mastermind behind the explosion called The Eye. They have no idea who The Eye is.
Is it initial for a person or an organization?
The deeper they search for The Eye, the more dangerous secret they find about the city’s underworld. Could they fulfill their desire to take revenge on The Eye? Or maybe they will protect the city from The Eye so that a similar tragedy will never happen again?
