The Fate of The One Not Chosen

Airi met Toshiyuki in Buenos Aires when she started her new job working with the national team there and soon, they fell for each other. However, like all good things, Toshiyuki came with a catch. He wanted to focus on his career, which forced Airi to be in a confusing 'situationship' with him. When the world shut down during the pandemic, Airi found out that Toshiyuki had begun dating someone while she was not in the picture. Heartbroken and confused, Airi returns to Japan where she meets Tetsuya, her colleague at her new job who gives off almost the same vibes as her ex not-boyfriend. Olympics is just around the corner which means that Toshiyuki will be returning to Japan after several years of being away and Airi was not pleased to hear the news that she will be assigned to assist Toshiyuki's team during their stay.
