That is when Nahor entered the room. He had been in his study room all day.
He was shocked to see Neya's finger continuously bleeding.
He looked around and saw the broken pieces of glass.
Then he understood what had happened. The broken pieces of glass had cut her finger. He had to react first or she would lose a lot of blood. He knew to much blood loss for her would make her weak.
He thought fast.
He quickly went to the bathroom and picked the first Aid box.
He then placed it on the bed and told Neya to come and sit down.
He got the cottonwool and carefully cleaned her finger.
Then he lifted her delicate arm and tied a bandage around her finger. Then their eyes met. Nahor looked at Neya and Nahor looked into hers. He then said"You are too careless. In my opinion I say you are more careless than wind. It was just a glass. One glass but you had to drop it and in an attempt to pick up the broken pieces you cut your finger. Why can't you take care of yourself? I am starting to think that if you were left alone for even a single day. You would
When he caught her smooth skin, he felt a twitch.
So he suddenly left the room.
As he was going out of the room.He heard Neya's voice,"Thank you, Nahor."
"There is no need of you thanking me.I'm just repaying you."
Then he left.
Nahor was not really sure of what He was doing. He said that he was repaying her. He wanted to stay and talk with her more but his cold self made him leave. He was surprised to hear her say thank you. He knew that he was doing something. To him it was not a big deal but to Neya it was.
When her hand started bleeding she did not know what to do. It was when Nahor said came in that she was at least relaxed. She did not expect Nahor to help her deal with her injury. She then realized that Nahor did care for her. Wow. He has changed. That is what she was thinking all that time Nahor was helping her.
"I don't know whether I will ever understand him. Why is he so complicated. It was just a simple thank you. He should have said three simple words you are welcome but he said he was repaying me. Oh I think he will make me go crazy one day,"Neya said to herself.
Neya never understood Nahor. His behavior was completely different but she was determined to accomplish the task that everyone had failed to do.
She thought,"Repaying me. I think it is not in his pleasure to have a debt with some one. So according to him it was just a favor to him and he just repaid it. Doesn't he know the difference between an act of kindness and a favor. Nahor you still have much to learn. And I know you will learn something new with in the time I am here. I am sure of that."
