Gu Xijiu was very casual and unconcerned about the table manners here in the restaurant. She did not mind how the waiter placed the dishes on her table. All she did was eat. A synonym for casual and unconcerned would be messy.

Gu Xijiu wanted to take a few bites on the steamed fish, but before her chopsticks reached the meat, the whole dish was already moving away from her. Instead, a dish of spicy fried pork slices replaced it, and her chopsticks went right in. 

She was stunned as she looked up and saw the dishes on her side of the table magically arranged neatly into two lines. "What are you trying to do?" She looked at the young man and was unimpressed.

"I cannot stand the mess. Please do not mind me; it is an old habit of mine." The young man continued to enjoy his meal.
