Chapter 144: Number one Team Ranking

The ranking is out. Was it because Phoenix had returned and the Alliance had resolved its case with the Alder Empire that the Amherst College decided to publish the list today.

"Hell! The Campus shuttles are all booked. Avery, please cross me over to the auditorium," Nate begged and Avery rolled her eyes, "Do I look like I am a transportation vehicle to you? Zane?"

Zane shook his head, he did not want to go to the Auditorium carried by a winged sniper, he would be the talk of the school and he had no intention of being so. Avery nodded at them and she instantly went out of the window and took to the sky. Her wings were even bigger than it had been the first day that they had met in the gates of Amherst College and she was faster too. Within a minute, she had already left their field of vision.

"Oh! I do not want to hear the ranking from someone else." Nate said through gritted teeth.

Zane cocked his head. "Let us use private taxis instead."
