Zane met his gaze and calmly raised one eyebrow, his face was calm and the polite smile seemed to be affixed to his lips, "Xavier!" He warmed calmly. Zane had never used this type of tone with Xavier before.

Xavier's brows twitched and he held eye contact with him for a few seconds before he stopped, "Fine! I have heard." Acting like he had not just been beating the soul out of someone, he smiled and took out a handkerchief to wipe his hand before looking at Zane with both amusement and curiosity, like he was even more interesting than the saturation.

Zane rolled his eyes, he could think of what was going through Xavier's mind but it was not what was important right now was to get the candle on the situation.
