Chapter 59: WHAT A PITY!

Hugh saw how Lucas' hand was hanging in the air and waiting for Leticia's hand like a bastard waiting for a piece of bone.

He scoffed. 'Shameless bastard!'

Lucas smirked looking at Hugh's irritated face. 

'He can't even hide it…' Lucas knew that Hugh can't tell him off since he's not doing anything wrong. 

'It's basic etiquette.' Lucas continued to think.

Meanwhile, Hugh watched how Leticia gave her hand, the left hand to be specific. It was where the engagement ring was put on her fourth finger. 

A big sparkling chrysoberyl gemstone cut in a cushion style. It was a family heirloom that his late mother entrusted him to. It was called the Sagrado ring.

Hugh unconsciously lifted the corner of his lips and lightly smiled when he saw how Leticia's fingers fit right into it.

And Lucas eye's twitch but kept his cool as he leaned over and kissed the back of her hand.
