Chapter 554: Deserved The Best

Cali was finally discharged from the hospital and returned home with Rui and Candice. 

Yera had already prepared a feast for their wonderful dinner, outside in the veranda with the fire burning in the fire pit to keep them warm in the cold weather.

"Oh, I can smell the grill!" Candice beamed and immediately walked over to the veranda. Rui and Cali followed.

"I bet you are all hungry so let's all just dig in already. This is to celebrate this occasion, Cali is safe and sound and back in Rui's arms." Xander commented with a teasing grin.

Cali blushed while Rui grabbed a beer and beamed, "Cheers!"

The group then shared a hearty meal while bantering with each other.

Cali was only laughing and smiling while she listened to them. She wanted to tell Rui about her regaining of memories by surprising him and was still thinking about how to properly execute her plan.
