Though Lucian was surprised to see her angered, he didn't flinch, even when the sword was pointed at him. He asked calmly, "What happened?"

"You ask me what happened? Are you that nonchalant about the immoral acts you are planning to commit?" she said coldly, her beautiful, anger-filled eyes glaring daggers at him. "You say you want me as your wife, and here you are already planning to have mistresses. How many mistresses are you going to have, huh? One woman comes, and you accept her. Soon, more will come seeking the favor of their lord. Are you going to fill our residence with your mistresses while I stand by and watch you shower them with kindness?"

'Our Residence' these were the words that caught Lucian's attention. So, she did consider marrying him.
