Synopsis
In the eerie stillness of dawn, the local train station becomes the stage for a sinister discovery—a lifeless body sprawled on the platform, its final moments shrouded in mystery. Enter Junior Linxi, a white-haired detective with a sharp mind and a haunted past, called to unravel the case.
As Linxi carefully examines the scene, strange clues emerge; symbols carved into the victim's skin and traces of an otherworldly presence. The evidence points to something far beyond a simple murder—a shadowy group from another world, their motives as alien as their origins.
With time running out and danger closing in, Linxi must navigate a web of secrets, lies, and interdimensional intrigue. But as he delves deeper, he begins to question not only the nature of the killers but also his own connection to the otherworldly forces at play.
Will he uncover the truth before the group strikes again? Or will the hunter become the hunted in a game where the rules are not of this world?

I really enjoyed this story because it has such an interesting and unique concept. Junior Linxi is a character that immediately stands out—both his personality and his backstory are fascinating. The mix of being a robot and carrying the soul of someone from Earth adds a lot of depth to him. I also liked how he handled himself confidently, even when others underestimated him...!!! The introduction of Nicholas Talon was another highlight for me. His sharp, no-nonsense attitude makes a great contrast to Linxi’s wit and determination, and their banter felt natural and entertaining. I think their dynamic as partners is going to be fun to follow as the story progresses..!! The world-building was done really well without overwhelming the reader. I could easily imagine Arcadia as this mysterious place full of magic, yet still grounded in reality. The Baphomet Clan and their symbols made the mystery feel bigger than just the crime scene. It made me curious about what’s coming next..!!!! One of my favorite parts was when Linxi deduced that the victim’s blood was drained as preparation for something more sinister. That moment was chilling and really made the stakes feel high. It’s clear that the story is building toward something huge, and I can’t wait to see how Linxi and Nicholas handle it...!! Overall, the mix of mystery, action, and fantasy was perfect for me. The writing style kept things moving while still giving enough details to feel immersed in the world. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys detective stories with a twist..!!💫 Can't wait for the upcoming chapters...!!!!😍
