Chapter 114: Two birds

"Heaven's eye is better than that rat. He doesn't kill people nor does he cause any trouble. He keeps himself hidden because he wants to live a long peaceful life. He was just an unfortunate child who became victim to a madman's wicked game and was turned into a monster."

Jie Fu Lian lightly frowned as he heard this and thought back to the time when they had first come in contact with heaven's eye in the witness' memory. 

The culprit had killed Bai LiuXian and tried to hide the fact that Bai LiuXian was a half-demon. 

By pretending to be Jie Fu Lian, he successfully made people believe that Bai LiuXian was a normal man who was cruelly killed by Jie Fu Lian.  Hence, blaming the murder on Jie Fu Lian and making people turn against him.

He managed to hit two birds with a single stone. 

Jie Fu Lian had never met or heard of a man named 'Heaven's eye' and the only thing he had in common with Bai LiuXian was the fact that the two were half-demons.
